Except as otherwise provided in a written agreement signed by Green Cross Australia, these Terms of Use represent the entire understanding between you and Green Cross Australia regarding your use of www.actfirst.org .au (the "Site") and your submission of any materials to us. By accessing the Site, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Use and your acceptance of the Privacy Policy. Green Cross Australia reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, update, or remove portions of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, so please check them from time to time as your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of any changed terms. Contributing a case study :: Should you choose to submit a case study to ACTFirst.org.au, you are responsible for ensuring the tip is appropriate and relevant. Green Cross Australia reserves the right to remove any tips in its absolute discretion.

 

Uploading of images :: Should you choose to upload an image to ACTFirst.org.au as part of submitting a tip, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload the image and that it is appropriate for display. Green Cross Australia reserves the right to remove any images in its absolute discretion.

 

Personal Resilience Plan :: If you choose to create your own plan through the Site, the contents of the Plan are your responsibility; you should ensure that the plan addresses your personal circumstances and review it regularly to ensure it is up to date.

 

Compliance with Laws :: 
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of the Site and your use of the services described therein.

Disputes
